Alton Big Dig: Meet the Archaeologists

Find out more about Alton's summer Big Dig project and how you can get involved by meeting the archaeologists taking part!

Members of Liss Archaeology will be excavating part of the Alton Public Gardens to find out more about the town's history. As part of this, they will be showcasing their previous projects, plus extra information on Roman Alton, the English Civil War, and the precious Alton buckle!
