Do you struggle with you balance or worry about your mobility? This is the perfect class for you: a dance-based movement session for the over 60s that encourages mobility and increases balance and stability, whilst having fun and using varied dance genres.
The class has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with majority of class participants enjoying a socially distanced cuppa after class in our cafe.
Balance can be adapted for seated or standing - all variations are challenging enough to make you work on those problem areas.
What you need: Wear comfortable clothes and soft footwear and bring plenty of water.
