Do you struggle with you balance or worry about your mobility? This is the perfect class for you: a dance-based movement session for the over 60s that encourages mobility and increases balance and stability, all whilst having fun and using varied dance genres.

The class has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with majority of class participants enjoying a socially distanced cuppa after class in our café.

Balance can be adapted for seated or standing - all variations are challenging enough to make you work on those problem areas.

What you need: Wear comfortable clothes and soft footwear and bring plenty of water.

Tutor: Joanne Collingborne

Joanne currently works with a diverse mix of participants and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy of dancing. She is interested in inclusive practice and dance for health and wellbeing and has experience working within these areas.
