Join Creative Designer & Author Becki Clark for a day embracing seasonal creative mindfulness. You’ll spend the morning exploring a range of techniques to make your own nature journal from watercolour painting to fineliner drawing, combining paint and pen & collaging to capture summer nature. Following lunch, Becki will work through an introduction to Brush Lettering sharing tips and tricks for mark making, turning marks into letters, join letters and create your own bouncy brush lettering style onto gift tags. Finally to end the day you’ll explore painting your own summer inspired watercolours to create a set of festive greeting cards.  

 

ABOUT BRIGHTER FUTURES, ELIGBILITY & HOW TO REGISTER YOUR INTEREST 

Brighter Futures Courses are free of charge, and all materials will be provided. These courses are part of the Hampshire County Council Adult Tailored Learning Programme, Hampshire Achieves. To be eligible for a course you must be 18+ years old, live in Hampshire and feel as though your mental health and wellbeing may benefit from attending a creative course.
