Ceramicus returns to Alton for its popular annual exhibition.
Established in 2014, Ceramicus is a group of eleven locally based potters, including one sculptor. The group will be exhibiting a range of works at the Allen Gallery, each artist showing their individual approach to creating and firing clay objects.
The diversity of style, technique and artistic expression provides visitors the opportunity to enjoy a range of unique, one-off pieces. All items are for sale and purchases may be taken away on the day.
Each day, members of the group will be in the gallery to answer any questions you may have on the works on display. A great opportunity to find out more about the artists and their diverse ways of working with clay.
