Felt is the oldest fabric known to humans. In this one day workshop, participants will learn wet felting to produce colourful pieces of flat felt and a seamless purse.

We will also explore needle felting - a dry, 3D form of felting.

Wet felting is a soapy - you might like to bring an apron and rubber gloves! All equipment and materials are supplied.

The workshop will be led by Hilary Charlesworth, her work can be seen on www.totallytextiles.co.uk.
