The nuts and bolts of writing...
How do we approach inspiration? Character, plot, voice, theme? What techniques can we draw on to generate ideas? How much should we rely on intuition? What kinds of discipline bring us closer to our writing goals? How can we finish that crucial first draft? Join this session run by published author William Sutton in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Appropriate for beginners and committed writers, all ages, whether writing fiction, drama, poetry, short story or non-fiction.
What you need: Notepad, Pen/pencil and any work you would like to have nearby for inspiration. We also require participants over the age of 11 to wear face coverings in the centre.
