What you need: comfy clothes, suitable footwear to wear in class and a bottle of water. We ask that all class and workshop participants wear face
coverings*. Disposable masks can be supplied, or you are welcome to bring your own. Please also be aware that changing clothes in centre is currently not permitted. Please arrive and leave the arts centre in the clothes you will be wearing to class.
Tutor: Luisa Ricci
Luisa has been teaching dance fitness at the Ashcroft since 2016. She is also a qualified Ballet, Tap, Modern and Contemporary dance teacher and an Instructor for Darcey Bussell's dance fitness programme DDMIX. Luisa has always been passionate about dance and studied it from a young age and now as an instructor she hopes to encourage everyone to have a go, but most importantly, have fun!
Tickets: £33 (£26.50 concession) for six weeks
Sessions: Six week term from Monday 2 November - 7 December, 10.30am - 11.30am
