Building a strong grant budget – Thursday 15th January, 6:15 pm
Many grant applications fail because their budgets are unclear, incomplete, or poorly justified. A strong budget is more than just numbers - it demonstrates that you’ve planned thoroughly, understand the costs involved, and can realistically deliver the project. It also tells funders you’re being open and responsible, which helps them feel confident their money will be well spent.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Build a detailed, accurate budget that aligns with your project goals.
  • Break down costs clearly and justify each expense.
  • Avoid common mistakes that lead to rejection.
