Lucy is a consultant, coach and facilitator working with arts and heritage organisations. Lucy’s career started in museums. She had the privilege of being on the development teams for two Museum of the Year award winning institutions and subsequently refocused on organisational and workforce development. Lucy runs her own coaching and consultancy practice, specialising in cultural organisation business strategy, governance, leadership and the management of change. She holds the Diploma of the Museums Association as well as Chartered Management Consultant status, the highest accreditation in the field. Lucy volunteers as a Trustee of the Historical Diving Society, operators of The Diving Museum at Stokes Bay.
