Home Education Programme at The Allen Gallery
Take inspiration from the Allen Gallery’s fascinating collections and peaceful garden in this hands-on art session. Together we’ll explore artworks, gather ideas, and use them as a starting point to create our own pieces. A relaxed and creative workshop designed to encourage imagination and enjoyment of making. Led by artist, Lindsey Southworth, taking place over 5 weeks.
Activities Included
- Mono printing
- Observational drawing and painting
- Air drying clay craft
- Drawing with scissors - Collage
Venue: The Allen Gallery, Alton *please note, later sessions within the programme may need to take place at our other venue, The Curtis Museum, Alton (TBC)
Dates: Fridays 7 November - 5 December 2025, 10:30am - 12:30pm
Price: £40 per child, for five sessions - 20% sibling discount.
Age range: 10-14 years
Accessibility: Please note, this course will be taking place on the upper floor of the museum, which must be accessed via stairs. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact the venue if you would like any additional information.
