Join us for a three-part course exploring art journaling as a tool for self-expression, reflection, and wellbeing. Across three 2-hour sessions, we’ll engage with the playful and freeing world of mixed media, using paint, collage, ink, and texture to bring our pages to life. You’ll learn how to combine words and images, experiment with layering and composition, and respond to guided creative prompts designed to spark inspiration and self-discovery. There are no rules, no pressure - just space to create, reflect, and enjoy the process in a supportive and welcoming environment.

As an artist and educator, I am passionate about the connection between creativity and wellbeing. With a background in fine art and teaching, I love helping people unlock their artistic confidence, embrace experimentation, and find joy in the creative process. Whether you’re new to art journaling or looking to deepen your practice, this course is all about freedom of expression - a place to let go, explore, and create from the heart.
