Jack Dale has established himself as a songwriter, singer and guitarist over many years of being a musician in Southampton, England. His style is a blend of folk and blues influences like Kelly Joe Phelps, Nick Drake, John Martyn and Charlie Parr. Jack is also a teacher in a college in Southampton, teaching music performance and production. He is currently working on exciting new music with Double Bass maestro; Bastien Terraz. Bastien Terraz is a freelance bass player and teacher based in Southampton. Classically trained, Bastien studied Music at University and started his career as a jazz bassist, before branching out to perform with a host of performers and bands over the course of the last 20+ years.

Together Jack and Bas have written and recorded their debut LP; Youngest Son, through file sharing and home recording during lockdown. An amazing achievement. They now regularly perform live as a duo, playing in many venues and festivals in and around Southampton, including The Joiners, The Stage Door, Belgium & Blues, The New Forest Folk Festival and Wickham Festival.
