Join us at Wellesley Woodlands and take part in some very special meditation sessions outside, hosted by artist and meditation tutor Barbara Touati-Evans.
Reconnect with others in the community in a safe way. Open to all levels, including absolute beginners.
What you need: Bring warm comfortable clothes, as well as something to sit/lie on e.g. a cushion, a camping chair or a picnic blanket.
Where to meet: We will meet at the Wellington Statue and walk to the designated socially distanced meditation area together.
Tutor: Barbara Touati-Evans
Barbara is a visual artist and meditation tutor. She has been practicing meditation for 10 years and teaching for 6. She is very experienced in helping a variety of people accessing mindfulness meditation and enjoying meditating in a group. Her style of meditation is informed by a variety of influences: well-being, spirituality and especially neuroscience. Both as an artist and meditator, she is interested in understanding how our brain works. She is always trying to learn and experience new things from her students and environments. She has run meditation sessions in libraries, art galleries and lecture theatres.

Sessions: Saturday 26 June 10am- 12pm and Monday 12 July 5pm -7pm
