"I enjoy being active and completed a few triathlons. My fitness journey started as a Personal trainer teaching one to one, group classes namely circuits, spinning, boxercise, legs bums and tums, aquacise, chair based classes and PILATES.
PILATES soon became my passion, mostly how it is suitable for any fitness level and the ability to take to it to a challenging routine, offering several different levels for each exercise. I have completed Level 3 diploma in teaching Pilates (QCF), April 2013 and recently completed a course on Common Orthopaedic conditions and Pilates. Other courses/workshops I have completed include Standing Pilates, Small Equipment, Pelvis and Lower back, Pilates Stability ball, Franklin method, Pelvic floor and The Spine with Tom Waldron."
