  • Your magical experience begins at the enchanting and cosy Westgate Museum. Here, you will write a letter to Santa and make a box to plant your very own candy cane seed in, ready to watch it grow!


❄️ Follow the path to wonder down Candy Cane Lane...

  • Make your way down Candy Cane Lane towards The Great Hall, where you will be met by one of Santa's friends who will tell you the story The Night Before Christmas as you walk - with every step bringing you closer to the heart of your festive experience!


🎅 Meet Santa in his cosy Grotto at The Great Hall...

  • Step through the doors of The Great Hall and experience the wonder of this truly awesome building, steeped in a wealth of history and holiday cheer. Here, nestled within the grandeur of this iconic site, Santa awaits you in his cosy Grotto. Meet Santa, share Christmas wishes and receive a special gift!

No visit to Santa’s Grotto is complete without a gift! Each child* will leave with a delightful present, carefully chosen by Santa for their age, making this Christmas season truly unforgettable for you and your family.

Within the hall, you will also be able to enjoy sweet treats, hot drinks and more, take part in festive crafts plus, there will be good opportunity for photos to keep these special memories forever.
