Your chance to experience a 'Gong Bath' with Scania at Forest Arts Centre - an hour of meditation to relax and renew, with time at the end to drift into silence and let it wash over you. It's a truly relaxing experience.
It’s always a good idea to drink water after the session. Allow time to check in with how you are feeling, giving yourself time to integrate the session and what it has meant to you. Dreams can be interesting after a Gong Bath!
What you need: Please bring something comfortable to lay on the floor: blanket, pillow and mat. A reclining chair is fine to bring if that’s what you need, plus a bottle of water.
Tutor: Scania Price
Scania is the custodian of a collection of gongs and feels complete when tuning into the energies of these powerful frequencies. Scania invites you on a journey with the Gongs. The Gongs will be played in many different ways and for various purposes and intentions during the hour. There will be different builds and release cycles that can release and relax. Due to Scania’s intuitive ability, each session will be different. During the session the body and mind are in a vastly altered and receptive state of consciousness. For most people this is a profound and deeply moving experience. No effort required... lay back and relax.
Session: Monday 21 February & 30 May 7pm - 8pm
Please arrive no later than five minutes before the session - allow yourself time to settle and listen to a brief explanation of what will happen in the session. Please note that due to this being a meditation no late arrivals will be allowed to come in.
