Join us for an inspirational and exciting painting adventure, led by local artist and teacher Shelley Perry!

You’ll discover different ways to record what you see through sketching, followed by an exploration of the amazing world of colour and mixing using only primary colours.  We will then put our skills into practice to create a finished masterpiece on canvas! Taking inspiration from nature and springtime, we will provide all the materials you need.

At the end of the week, each child will have the opportunity to choose their favourite artwork to exhibit at the Red House Museum which will be open to all.

These sessions are aimed at 6 to 8 year olds. Older children are welcome to take part. Children aged 5 and under are unable to be left unaccompanied.

You are welcome to book more than one day. The programme of activities are different on each of the days.

A 10% discount will apply at checkout when you book two or more children on the same day, or book multiple days in the same transaction.

Children may be left unaccompanied. Children will need to bring a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle. DRESS FOR MESS!

Please note there is no parking at the Red House Museum. The closest car park is Priory.

If you have any questions, or want to speak to a member of the team about accessibility, please email redhouse@hampshireculturaltrust.org.uk and leave your phone number if you would like a call back.
