An incredible opportunity to join the Monks in their own private meditation session.
Tashi Lhunpo is one of the most important monasteries in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, now re-established in exile in India. The monks join as children, from as young as 10 or 11 and study in the monastery for their entire lives. The traditional art in the monastery is taught by teachers who have passed down their knowledge from generation to generation of monks, who have studied these techniques as part of their spiritual lives. The monks have toured in the UK, Europe and around the world sharing their traditions with people in order to make sure that these priceless arts are preserved for the future. Facilitator Jane Rasch runs the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery UK Trust and has taught English to Tibetan refugees in India as well as working for Tashi Lhunpo. She set up the Charity, with its Patron HH the Dalai Lama, in 2003.
