Get creative with upcycled materials! In this workshop, you will use old newspapers, magazines and other materials that would otherwise go into the bin, to create new art work! Collages, sculptures and Tri dimensional paintings will be created in a creative and experimental collaborative space. Ideal for ages 6+
What you need: Wear clothes you don't mind making a mess in and a bottle of water. Materials will be provided, but please bring your own if you have spare waste materials you would like to use and/or share!

Emily is an experienced sculptor and craft maker and has been working in the New Milton area creating and delivering work for several years. Emily has experience working in a local care home programming and delivering art activities and specialises in model making. Emily brings a lot of creativity to her work and allows participants to 'make their mark' and express themselves in a fun and safe way. Emily is an integral part of the Forest Arts Centre programming as she delivers the majority of our holiday clubs, creative camps and summer schools as well as teaching weekly for our Crafty Kids Club! Emily also works for Arnewood School in the Art Department making her a vital connection between Forest Arts Centre and the local school.
