Following a successful pilot last year we are delighted to announce a new series of outdoor yoga starting in July.
Join us for these outdoor yoga classes, running in two 4 week blocks from 16 July until 6 August and from 10 September until 1 October, in a peaceful and tranquil outdoor space.
There are two levels of classes available: an intermediate and a beginners class. The intermediate class is ideal for those who have done yoga sessions before and beginners is ideal for those who are new to yoga, or who have restricted mobility.
Each week our experienced and fully qualified yoga teacher will take you through common yoga postures and simple relaxation. Yoga can be highly effective in helping to improve not only physical, but mental, emotional and general health and wellbeing.
Please bring your own equipment such as yoga mats and blocks. Booking essential, as spaces are limited. In inclement weather the session will be delivered in the Chineham Barn.
