The creation of a new language of colour in European art.  You may never have heard of the four artists known as the Scottish Colourists, but chances are you'll recognise some of the artists who surrounded and impacted them.  This major new exhibition places Samuel John Peploe, John Duncan Fergusson, George Leslie Hunter and Francis Campbell Boileau Cadell alongside their influential contemporaries - including Vanessa Bell, Duncan Grant, Walter Sickert, Lucien Pissarro and André Derain.
