Join Artist, Becki Clark for a mindful and creative day embracing the inspiration of nature and the season with watercolour. Becki will introduce the materials that will be used in the session and work through a range of activities and techniques to help you gain confidence with the watercolours and brush from colour mixing, washes, creating textures, exploring the different states and effects of the paint, and moving onto creating loose seasonally inspired illustrations of florals and foliage. After lunch, the group will gather again to explore combining watercolour with ink to create layered and beautiful nature illustrations.

The session is designed with complete beginners in mind, no previous creative experience is required just an interest in learning something new and embracing creative mindfulness. Becki will be on hand with lots of tips, tricks and you'll be able to take your paint set home to carry on with your new creative skill.

This is a one day course taking place on Friday 10th May, 10:00am - 4:00pm.
