- These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made online, by email, phone, post, or in person with Hampshire Cultural Trust.
- By confirming your purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form the basis of your agreement with Hampshire Cultural Trust (referred to as “the Venue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- If these Terms and Conditions are not followed, tickets may be cancelled and could be refused for entry.
- Hampshire Cultural Trust reserves the right to refuse entry or end a visit if necessary.
Admission Tickets - terms and conditions of sale
- Your ticket is valid only for the date and time shown (see below for details on pay once, visit all year tickets). Please check your tickets carefully when you receive them, as we may not always be able to correct any mistakes later.
- If a ticket or item is purchased using a discount or benefit that you are not entitled to, it will be considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions. In these cases, the ticket or item will be cancelled and will not be valid for entry.
- Tickets bought online, over the phone, or at our venues are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless a performance or session is cancelled.
- Children under 5 can visit for free. All children aged 0–12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Pay Once Visit All Year Tickets
- If you have purchased a pay once visit all year ticket, then your ticket gives you unlimited entry to the venue for 12 months from the date of your first visit. Please note that some special events or exhibitions may not be included and could require an additional charge. These will always be advertised on our website: www.hampshireculture.org.uk.
- Your ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended beyond this period.
- We will let you know when your ticket is coming up for expiry, so you have the option to renew it for another year.
- Tickets cannot be sold, resold, or transferred to someone else. If a ticket is resold or exchanged, it will be cancelled and will not be valid for entry.
- You may be asked for ID to match your ticket name, if you are unable to provide matching ID, we reserve the right to refuse entry.
Photography and Media
- From time to time, Hampshire Cultural Trust (or authorised partners) may carry out filming, live streaming, photography, or sound recording at the venue. We may ask for your consent to be included. If you would prefer not to take part, please let a member of staff know.
Privacy Policy

Health and Safety
- First aid support is available on site. Please inform staff if any emergency treatment is needed.
- Wear suitable clothing and footwear.
- You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate.
Gift Aid
- Gift Aid tickets are subject to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) rules. Please let us know if you need to cancel your declaration, change your name or address, or if you no longer pay enough tax to cover your Gift Aid.
- If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate, you can claim any extra tax relief by including your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or by asking HMRC to adjust your tax code.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If a performance or session is cancelled, we will refund the ticket price. However, we cannot cover any additional costs, such as travel or accommodation. Please note that any donation element, including Gift Aid, is non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to change prices, advertised arrangements and seating allocations at any time.
Force Majeure
- Neither the Trust nor participants will be responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if it is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes things like severe weather, flooding, fire, earthquakes, public health emergencies (such as pandemics), war, civil unrest, terrorism, government actions or restrictions, travel disruption, strikes, labour shortages, or issues with utilities such as power or water supply.
- If a Force Majeure event occurs, we will let participants know as soon as we reasonably can. We will aim to offer an alternative date or course where possible. If rescheduling is not an option, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid.
However, no additional compensation will be payable for any loss or damage arising from a Force Majeure event.
Café Loyalty Card
- The Hampshire Cultural Trust Café Loyalty Card is valid at the following venues only: Andover Museum, Allen Gallery, Aldershot Military Museum, Milestones Museum, Red House Museum and Gardens, and Willis Museum and Sainsbury Gallery.
- This card cannot be used at Hampshire Cultural Trust arts centres, The Arc, Forest Arts Centre, and West End Centre.
- You will earn one stamp for every hot drink you buy. A hot drink includes any tea, coffee, or hot chocolate available at participating venues.
- Stamps can only be collected at the time of purchase and cannot be added afterwards.
- This offer cannot be used together with any other promotion or discount.
- The card cannot be resold and does not have any cash value.
- Loyalty cards do not expire, and you can claim your free qualifying drink at any time while the scheme is running.
- A new card will be issued to the customer upon completion of previous card. A stamp cannot be claimed for receipt of tenth free drink.
- We do not collect any personal data when you are issued with a loyalty card.
- We may withdraw the café loyalty scheme at any time, without prior notice.
Visitor Code of Conduct
