Brighter Futures courses are for those 18+, living in Hampshire, who believe their mental health and wellbeing will benefit in any way from attending these creative courses.
In this seven-week class, you will have fun moving to the rhythm of the music in a professional performance space with lots of wonderful props. This is a sociable and informal dance class led by Tiffany Matthews. *This course is suitable for adults with moderate – severe learning difficulties/disabilities.
