Winchester Photographic Society was founded in November 1923 by a group of prominent local photographers and is now one of the largest and most successful camera clubs in the south of England. This year the club are celebrating one hundred years of existence. Membership is open to all interested in photography at any level, whether accomplished professionals or enthusiastic amateurs who wish to develop their skills.

Photographic prints displayed in the exhibition will be on sale unless otherwise stated. Do not miss the special WPS centenary category inviting photographers to creatively interpret the theme “celebration”, as well as the chance to vote for your favourite 2024 image.

If you are interested in any aspect of photography, visit their website (www.winphotosoc.uk), where you can learn more about the society, see examples of members’ work and view the programme of events.
