Ashcroft Arts Centre's Ale Festival is back and this time we're going BIGGER than ever! With two days and three sessions!
this summer we are bringing you some of the best beers, ciders, food and live music that the south has to offer!
Last year's breweries included: Bowman Ales, Andwell Brewing Co, Fallen Acorn Brewing Co, Powder Monkey Brewing Co and many more!
If you joined us last year you would have experienced the likes of Black Kat Boppers, Rosco Shakes, Devils Damned String Band and Grizzly and the Grasshoppers as our musical entertainment whilst you enjoyed the selection of beers, ciders and the August sunshine!

Backyard Pantry serves soft, freshly baked Turkish-style flatbreads filled with hot and healthy fillings, as well as delicious cakes.
Our current menu is inspired by our love of food from the Levant. Expect warm sweet spices, pops of tangy pomegranate and salty feta, combined with fresh crisp salads and homemade sauces to complement each dish.
We update our menu seasonally so this will change, except creative fillings inspired by many different cuisines.

Our freshly stone-baked Bazlama- Turkish style flatbreads are brushed with herb and garlic oil and filled with your choice from below…
Herb falafels, red pepper sauce, feta, green tahini yoghurt sauce, pickled turnip, salad.
Saffron lemon chicken, roasted zatar tomatoes, garlic yoghurt, toasted spiced hazelnuts, chillirose honey, coriander, salad.
Spiced lamb koftas, chilli tomato sauce, red cabbage, feta, garlic yoghurt, pomegranate, harissa mayo, fresh mint, cucumber and red onion.
Cheesy topped herby flatbread served with a choice of dips and pickles.
We make everything fresh from scratch, and can cater for dietary requirements if requested in advance. Leigh and Ellie are Backyard Pantry. Leigh has been working in restaurants for 20 years as a chef in fine dining kitchens in London and Wiltshire and is the creative driving force of the business. Ellie has worked as a milliner/headwear designer for over 15 years, but has always had an obsession with flavour, home baking, pickling and creating feasts. Ellie is the co-founding partner and front-of-house/baker at Backyard Pantry.
