Chris will talk about the annual two week community excavation at the Harmony Woods site in Andover. The dig, run in partnership with Andover Trees United, will reach its ten year anniversary in June 2026. Over the years the project has employed geophysical survey and excavation to understand the landscape surrounding two Bronze Age Barrows, but also sought to understand the community and subjective well being impacts of working on a community excavation. Chris will bring some objects for handling as part of the talk.
