Cheese and Beer pairing by Powder Monkey and Lyburn Farmhouse Cheesemakers

Cheese on the night is supplied by our friends at Lyburn Farm. They produce a variety of different hand made cheeses, all of which are made from their very own cows milk.

Mark is the head brewer at Powder Monkey Brewing Co, having relocated to Gosport back in 2020 at the brewery’s inception. He transitioned into the industry from a background in science having studied for a master’s degree in biochemistry at Oxford University - where many nights were spent exploring the world of craft beer!

In this unique cheese pairing session Mark will be pairing local cheese to his award winning beers, explaining how different styles of beer compliment each variety of cheese.
