Join us this February Half Term for Doodle Club: Museum Mash - Up, with Tom Roberts.
Tom Roberts is a mixed-media artist and community art facilitator based in Gosport. Through his studio, ThirteenEight, he runs creative experiences including Doodle Club, printmaking workshops, and public spray-paint pop-ups.
Tom’s work blends spray paint, stencil, and printmaking, with a focus on making art accessible, fun, and community-driven. He regularly collaborates with local schools, youth groups, and organisations to inspire creativity across Gosport.

| 11:00 – 11:45 | Invented Worlds | Creative cartography | Build your own imaginary world map — from floating islands to candy kingdoms. Use colour zones, patterns, and doodles to tell stories about the places you invent. |
| 12:00 – 12:45 | Doodle Prompts Challenge | Spontaneous creativity | Quick-fire doodle rounds guided by Tom’s prompts — “Draw something that can fly but isn’t a bird” or “Turn this squiggle into something awesome.” Great for loosening up and laughing together. |
| 2:00 – 2:45 | Colour Creatures | Shape → character transformation | Use colourful abstract shapes as the base, then turn them into creatures or characters. Encourages imagination and confidence with colour. |
| 3:00 – 3:45 | Mix-Up Masterpieces | Remixing famous art | Re-imagine classic artworks with doodle twists and colour explosions — think Mona Lisa with headphones or Starry Night invaded by Pokémon. Participants add their own flair to printed outlines of iconic paintings to create unique, humorous mash-ups. |
