Week One: Getting Event Ready

We’ll break down the essentials: timelines, roles, risk checks, and why your event matters. No jargon - just practical steps you can follow.

Vicki is a creative professional with 15 years of experience in creating, producing, programming, and directing across the Creative Industries. She specialises in dance, theatre, and festival environments, delivering arts and cultural events for both communities and industry professionals. Her portfolio career spans work in the UK as well as Dubai and Africa. Vicki’s expertise includes producing and programming, event management, artistic mentorship, fundraising, and problem-solving. She currently works in Gosport as the Cultural Development Manager for Hampshire Cultural Trust.
