It was started by students and staff of Winchester Art school, brought together by Percy Belton who taught art at Winchester and Basingstoke. Our art club today continues with two exhibitions a year, one at the Willis Museum, and one Old Basing. We have demonstrations and lifedrawing at Brookvale Village Hall and trips. Wednesday morning group meet at the T Bar and Glebe Cottage.
